Application effects of graded nursing based on risk assessment in patients with acute gastrointestinal bleeding
Objective:To observe application effects of graded nursing based on risk assessment in patients with acute gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 75 patients with acute gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to this hospital from May 2020 to May 2022.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group(37 cases)and study group(38 cases). The control group was given routine nursing, while the study group was given the grading nursing based on risk assessment. The scores of negative emotions[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)],comfort[Kolcaba's comfort questionnaire(GCQ)]before and after the nursing, and the nursing satisfaction and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results:Before discharge, the SAS,SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing, those in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 week of nursing, the GCQ scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing, that in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The grading nursing based on risk assessment in the patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding can improve the comfort and the nursing satisfaction scores and reduce the negative emotion scores and the incidence of complications. Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
