Application effects of multimodal analgesia nursing based on comfort theory in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy
Objective:To observe application effects of multimodal analgesia nursing based on comfort theory in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 102 patients with gallstones who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the hospital from January 2019 to December 2020.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group,51 cases in each group. The control group was given routine analgesia nursing, while the observation group was given the multimodal analgesia nursing based on comfort theory. The levels of postoperative rehabilitation related indexes, the postoperative comfort[general comfort questionnaire(GCQ)]score, the postoperative pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)]score, and the postoperative sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)]score were compared between the two groups. Results:The first exhaust time, the first defecation time, the out-of-bed time and the hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the surgery, the GCQ scores of physiology, psychology and environment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 12,24,72 h after the surgery, the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,3 days after the surgery, the PSQI scores of the two groups were lower than those at 1 day before the surgery, that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The multimodal analgesia nursing based on comfort theory in the patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy can improve the GCQ scores, and reduce the levels of postoperative rehabilitation related indexes, the VAS scores and the PSQI scores. Moreover,it is superior to the routine analgesia nursing.
