Application effects of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing in patients with compression fracture
Objective:To observe application effects of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing in patients with compression fracture. Methods:The clinical data of 114 patients with compression fractures admitted to this hospital from July 2021 to September 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods, they were divided into study group and control group,57 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the study group was given the multidisciplinary collaborative nursing. The pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)]score, the negative emotion[self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)]score before and after the nursing, and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:After the nursing, the VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 week of nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the study group was 94.74%(54/57),which was higher than 80.70%(46/57)of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The multidisciplinary collaborative nursing in the patients with compression fracture can improve the nursing satisfaction and reduce the pain degree and the negative emotion scores. Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
