Application effects of mind map health education in prevention of complications after laparoscopic myomectomy
Objective:To observe application effects of mind map health education in prevention of complications after laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 94 patients after laparoscopic myomectomy admitted to this hospital from July 2020 to December 2021.According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group(48 cases)and control group(46 cases). The control group was given routine health education, while the observation group was given the mind map health education on the basis of that of the control group. The critical thinking ability scale(CTDI-CV)score,the complication prevention knowledge-attitude-practice score, and the incidence of complications during hospitalization were compared between the two groups. Results:At discharge, the CTDI-CV scores and the complication prevention knowledge-attitude-practice scores of the two groups were higher than those before the education, those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.08%,which was lower than 17.39%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine health education, the mind map health education can improve the CTDI-CV scores and the complication prevention knowledge-attitude-practice scores of the patients after laparoscopic myomectomy, and reduce the incidence of complications. Moreover,it is superior to simple routine health education.
