Influencing factors of no(weak)immune response after hepatitis B vaccination in preschool children in Yujiang district
Objective:To analyze influencing factors of no(weak)immune response after hepatitis B vaccination in preschool children in Yujiang district.Methods:1237 preschool children in Yujiang district from January 2023 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects by using the cluster sampling. The immune response of these preschool children was analyzed.Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of no(weak)immune response after hepatitis B vaccination in the preschool children in Yujiang district.Results:651 of 1237 preschool children in Yujiang district had no(weak)immune response after hepatitis B vaccination, accounting for 52.63%,and they were set as the occurrence group. There were 586 respondents, accounting for 47.37%,and they were set as the non-occurrence group. The proportions of older age, father carrying hepatitis B virus(HBV),father with history of vaccine no-or weak-response response, mother with history of vaccine no-or weak-response,and poor nutritional status in the occurrence group were higher than those in the non-occurrence group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that older age, father carrying HBV,father with history of vaccine no-or weak-response,mother with history of vaccine no-or weak-response,and poor nutritional status were all risk factors for no(weak)immune response after hepatitis B vaccination in the preschool children in Yujiang district(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions:Older age, father carrying HBV,father with history of vaccine no-or weak-response,mother with history of vaccine no-or weak-response,poor nutritional status are the risk factors for no(weak)immune response after hepatitis B vaccination in the preschool children in Yujiang district.
