Application effects of chronic disease trajectory model nursing in patients with chronic heart failure
Objective:To observe application effects of chronic disease trajectory model nursing in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods:The clinical data of 75 patients with CHF admitted to the hospital from May 2019 to February 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods, they were divided into control group(37 cases)and observation group(38 cases). The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given the chronic disease trajectory model nursing on the basis of that of the control group. The scores of quality of life[Kansas city cardiomyopathy questionnaire(KCCQ),Minnesota heart failure quality of life scale(C-MLHF)],hope level[Herth hope index(HHI)]and psychological status[stress response questionnaire(SRQ)]before and after the nursing, and the nursing satisfaction[Newcastle satisfaction with nursing scales(NSNS)]were compared between the two groups. Results:After the nursing, the scores of KCCQ and C-MLHF in the two groups were higher than those before the nursing, those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing, the HHI scores of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing, and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;the SRQ scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing, and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the NSNS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing, the chronic disease trajectory model nursing can improve the quality of life scores, the hope level scores and the nursing satisfaction scores of the CHF patients, and reduce the SRQ scores. Moreover,it is superior to simple routine nursing.
