Application effects of systemic nursing under whole course risk management in patients undergoing spinal fracture surgeries
Objective:To observe application effects of systemic nursing under whole course risk management in patients undergoing spinal fracture surgeries. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 266 patients with spinal fracture surgeries admitted to this hospital from January 2020 to January 2022.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group,133 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given the systemic nursing under whole process risk management on the basis of that of the control group. The scores of risk awareness,self-care ability[exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)]and quality of life[the MOS 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)]before and after the nursing, and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results:After the nursing, the risk awareness scores of risk understanding, risk management, awareness attitude and behavioral motivation in the two groups were higher than those before the nursing, those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing, the ESCA scores of self-care responsibility,self-concept,self-care skills and health knowledge level in the two groups were higher than those before the nursing, those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing, the SF-36 scores of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing, that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 9.02%(12/133),which was lower than 19.55%(26/133)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The systemic nursing under the whole process risk management in the patients with spinal fracture surgeries can improve the risk awareness,self-care ability and quality of life score, and reduce the incidence of adverse events. Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
