Application effects of surgical safety checklist-guided targeted nursing in patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery
Objective:To observe application effects of surgical safety checklist-guided targeted nursing in patients undergoing general anesthesia. Methods:The clinical data of 55 surgical patients who underwent routine nursing in the hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were retrospectively analyzed and they were included in the control group. The clinical data of 55 surgical patients who received surgical safety checklist-guided targeted nursing in the hospital from July 2019 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed and they were included in the observation group. The nursing safety quality score, the nursing satisfaction, and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results:The scores of nursing safety quality such as nursing risk early warning, complication prevention and nursing error avoidance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.36%(53/55),which was higher than 83.64%(46/55)of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.64%(2/55),which was lower than 14.55%(8/55)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The surgical safety checklist-guided targeted nursing in the patients undergoing general anesthesia can improve the nursing safety quality scores, the nursing satisfaction and reduce the incidence of complications. Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
