Application effects of continuous nursing based on action research method in postoperative patients with breast cancer
Objective:To observe application effects of continuous nursing based on action research method in postoperative patients with breast cancer. Methods:The clinical data of 94 patients with breast cancer who were admitted to the hospital from October 2019 to October 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods, they were divided into control group and observation group,47 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given continuous nursing based on action research method on the basis of that of the control group. The compliance and the scores of psychological resilience[Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)],stigma[social impact scale(SIS)],self-efficacy[general self-efficacy scale(GSES)]and quality of life[functional assessment of cancer therapy-breast(FACT-B)]before and after the nursing were compared between the two groups. Results:The compliance rate of the observation group was 93.62%(44/47),which was higher than 76.60%(36/47)of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing, the scores of CD-RISC,GSES and FACT-B in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the SIS score was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The continuous nursing based on action research method in the postoperative patients with breast cancer can improve the scores of compliance, psychological resilience,self-efficacy and quality of life, and reduce the stigma scores. Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
