Effects of Dydrogesterone combined with hysteroscopic surgery in treatment of endometrial polyps patients of childbearing age
Objective:To observe effects of Dydrogesterone combined with hysteroscopic surgery in treatment of endometrial polyps patients of childbearing age. Methods:The clinical data of endometrial polyps 90 patients of childbearing age admitted to this hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods, they were divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with hysteroscopic surgery, while the observation group was treated with Dydrogesterone on the basis of that of the control group. The clinical efficacy, the clinical symptoms(menstrual period, menstrual volume, endometrial thickness),the sex hormone[estradiol(E2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)]levels before and after the treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions, the recurrence rate, and the pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%(43/45),which was higher than 73.33%(33/45)of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment, the menstrual period of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the menstrual volume was less than that of the control group, the endometrial thickness was less than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment, the levels of FSH,E2 and LH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the pregnancy rate was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Dydrogesterone combined with hysteroscopic surgery in the treatment of endometrial polyps patients of childbearing age can improve the total effective rate and the pregnancy rate, improve the clinical symptoms, and reduce the levels of sex hormone and recurrence rate. Moreover,it is superior to simple hysteroscopic surgery.
