Effects of Ginkgo biloba extract injection combined with Urinary kallindinogenase in treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction
Objective:To observe effects of Ginkgo biloba extract injection combined with Urinary kallindinogenase in treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 156 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to this hospital from August 2022 to August 2023.According to the random number table method, they were divided into study group and control group,78 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine treatment. On this basis, the control group was treated with Urinary kallindinogenase, while the study group was treated with Ginkgo biloba extract injection on the basis of that of the control group. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks. The clinical efficacy, the neurological function[modified Rankin scale(MRS),National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)]score, the hemorheology indexes[plasma viscosity(PV),fibrinogen(FIB),whole blood low shear viscosity(LBV)]levels, and vascular endothelial function indexes[endothelin-1(ET-1),homocysteine(Hcy),nitric oxide(NO)]levels before and after the treatment, and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared. Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 93.59%(73/78),which was higher than 83.33%(65/78)of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment, the NIHSS and MRS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment, the levels of PV,FIB and LBV in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment, the level of NO in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the levels of ET-1 and Hcy were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Ginkgo biloba extract injection combined with Urinary kallindinogenase in the treatment of the patients with acute cerebral infarction can improve the total effective rate of treatment, reduce the neurological function scores and the hemorheology index levels, and improve the levels of vascular endothelial function indexes. Moreover,it is superior to simple Urinary kallindinogenase treatment.
