Objective:To observe effects of Ganshuang granules combined with Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate in treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 86 patients with CHB admitted to the hospital from February 2022 to April 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group and control group,43 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate,while the study group was treated with Ganshuang granules on the basis of that of the control group.Both groups were treated for 6 months.The clinical efficacy,the liver function indexes[alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),total bilirubin(TBIL)],liver fibrosis indexes[hyaluronic acid(HA),laminin(LN),type III procollagen(PC-III),type IV collagen(IV-C)]and inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)]level s before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 93.02%(40/43),which was higher than 72.09%(31/43)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of ALT,AST and TBIL in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of HA,LN,PC-III and IV-C in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of IL-6 and CRP in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Ganshuang granules combined with Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate in the treatment of the CHB patients can improve the total effective rate of treatment and reduce the levels of liver function indexes,liver fibrosis indexes and inflammatory factors.Moreover,it is superior to simple Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate treatment
