Application effects of risk prevention nursing management in patients of department of gastrointestinal surgery
Objective:To observe application effects of risk prevention nursing management in patients of department of gastrointestinal surgery.Methods:The clinical data of 200 patients of department of gastrointestinal surgery who were treated with routine nursing management in this hospital from August to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed and they were selected as the control group.At the same time,the clinical data of 200 patients who were treated with risk prevention nursing management from January to June 2022 were selected as the observation group.The nursing skills score,the professional identity score,the nursing quality score,and the incidence of nursing adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of nursing skills such as nurse-patient communication,physical examination,operation skills,clinical judgment,health education,humanistic care,organization and coordination ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of professional self-identity of nursing staffsuch as professional self-cognition,professional self-experience and professional self-control in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality scores of basic nursing,ward nursing,emergency nursing and medical record writing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of nursing adverse events in the observation group was 2.50%,which was lower than 12.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of risk prevention nursing management in the patients of department of gastrointestinal surgery can improve the nursing skills,the professional identity and the nursing quality scores of nursing staff,and reduce the incidence of adverse nursing events.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing management.
