Objective:To compare effects of laparoscopic fallopian tube fenestration for embryo retrieval and salpingectomy in treatment of patients with tubal pregnancy. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 120 patients with tubal pregnancy admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to June 2021.According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with laparoscopic salpingostomy, while the observation group was treated with laparoscopic fallopian tube fenestration for embryo retrieval. The operation time, the intraoperative blood loss, the postoperative first anal exhaust time, the hospitalization time, the recurrence rate of tubal pregnancy, the intrauterine pregnancy rate, and the abortion rate 1 year after the surgery, the ovarian function index[serum anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH)]levels, and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results:The first anal exhaust time and the hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the intraoperative blood loss was shorter than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).One year after the surgery, the intrauterine pregnancy rate of the observation group was 63.33%,which was significantly higher than 36.67%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.33%,which was significantly lower than 15.00%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there were no significant differences in the operation time, the postoperative tubal pregnancy recurrence rate, the abortion rate and the serum AMH levels between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Laparoscopic fallopian tube fenestration for embryo retrieval for tubal pregnancy can improve the intrauterine pregnancy rate 1 year after the surgery, shorten the first anal exhaust time and the hospitalization time after the surgery, and reduce the intraoperative blood loss and the incidence of complications. Moreover,it is superior to salpingectomy.
