Application effects of patient demand-oriented cluster nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction
Objective:To observe application effects of patient demand-oriented cluster nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:The clinical data of 116 patients with AMI admitted to this hospital from January to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing schemes, they were divided into control group and observation group,58 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given the patient demand-oriented cluster nursing on the basis of that of the control group. The mood state[profile of mood states(POMS)]score before and after the nursing, the complication rate, and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:After the nursing, the POMS scores of tension, depression, fatigue, panic and anger in the two groups were lower than those before the nursing, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the POMS scores of vitality and self-esteem in the two groups were higher than those before the nursing, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.83%(55/58),which was higher than 79.31%(46/58)of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing, the patient demand-oriented cluster nursing can improve the nursing satisfaction of the AMI patients, improve the mood state scores, and reduce the complication rate. Moreover,it is superior to simple routine nursing.
