Effects of continuous nursing based on WeChat platform on elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction
Objective:To observe effects of continuous nursing based on WeChat platform on elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 80 elderly patients with AMI admitted to the hospital from April 2019 to April 2022.According to the random number table method, they were divided into study group and control group,40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the study group was given the continuous nursing based on WeChat platform on the basis of the control group. The readmission rate, the Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score, the simplified coping style questionnaire(SCSQ)score, the the MOS 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)score,the self-care quality score, and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:The readmission rate of the study group was 5.00%,which was significantly lower than 20.00%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing, the scores of SCSQ positive coping and SF-36 in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the scores of HAMA and SCSQ negative coping were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-care quality score of the study group after discharge was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the study group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 77.50%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The continuous nursing based on WeChat platform on the basis of the routine nursing can improve the SF-36 scores, the self-care quality scores and the nursing satisfaction of the elderly patients with AMI,improve the SCSQ scores, and reduce the readmission rate and the HAMA scores. Moreover,it is superior to simple routine nursing.
