Application effects of 4R crisis theory-oriented nursing in elderly emergency transfusion patients
Objective:To observe application effects of 4R crisis theory-oriented nursing in elderly emergency transfusion patients. Methods:A total of 50 elderly patients with emergency transfusion admitted to this hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the control group, while 50 elderly patients with emergency transfusion from November 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the observation group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given the 4R crisis theory-oriented nursing. The nursing quality score, the transfusion coordination, the incidence of adverse events, and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:The scores of nursing quality such as emergency handling ability, communication skills, nursing document writing ability, service level and venipuncture proficiency in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The transfusion coordination degree of the observation group was 98.00%(49/50),which was higher than 84.00%(42/50)of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events during transfusion in the observation group was 2.00%(1/50),which was lower than 16.00%(8/50)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups after needle withdrawal(P>0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%(50/50),which was higher than 88.00%(44/50)of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The 4R crisis theory-oriented nursing in the elderly emergency transfusion patients can improve the nursing quality scores, the transfusion coordination and the nursing satisfaction, and reduce the incidence of adverse events during transfusion. Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
