Influencing factors of perceived benefit levels in postoperative patients with high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia
Objective:To analyze influencing factors of perceived benefit levels in postoperative patients with high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Methods:The clinical data of 86 patients with high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia admitted to this hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. The perceived benefit level[benefit finding scale(BFS)]scores of the postoperative patients with high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia were statistically analyzed.Multivariate linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of perceived benefit levels in the postoperative patients with high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Results:The BFS score of the 86 patients with high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia was(61.24±5.51).The BFS score of the high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia patients with age<30 years old, education level of high school/technical secondary school and below, psychological resilience score≤70 points,post-traumatic growth score≤80 points, family empathy ability score≤60 points was lower, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The multiple linear regression analysis showed that age<30 years old, education level of high school/technical secondary school and below, psychological resilience score≤70 points,post-traumatic growth score≤80 points, family empathy ability score≤60 points were all risk factors affecting the perceived benefit levels of the postoperative patients with high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(P<0.05).Conclusions:Age<30 years old, education level of high school/technical secondary school and below, psychological resilience score≤70 points,post-traumatic growth score≤80 points, and family empathy ability score≤60 points are the risk factors affecting the perceived benefit levels of the postoperative patients with high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.
