Influencing factors of stress in postoperative patients with percutaneous coronary intervention
Objective:To analyze influencing factors of stress in postoperative patients with percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted on 194 patients who underwent PCI in the hospital from December 2021 to March 2023.The clinical data of these patients were collected. The stress(stress)response questionnaire(SRQ)was used to assess the stress.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of stress in these postoperative patients with PCI.Results:The mean SRQ score of the 194 postoperative patients with PCI was(87.08±11.37).There were no significant differences in the SRQ scores among the patients with different gender, age, marital status, place of residence, occupation, education level, living alone, preoperative New York Heart Association(NYHA)cardiac function classification, smoking history, drinking history, and type of medication(P>0.05).The SRQ scores of the patients with family per capita monthly income<3000 yuan, family history of coronary heart disease,complications≥2,number of stent implantation≥3,and multiple coronary artery lesions were higher than those of other types of patients, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that family per capita monthly income<3000 yuan, family history of coronary heart disease,complications≥2,number of stent implantation≥3,and multiple coronary artery lesions were all risk factors for stress in the postoperative patients with PCI(P<0.05).Conclusions:Family per capita monthly income<3000 yuan, family history of coronary heart disease,complications≥2,number of stent implantation≥3,and multiple coronary artery lesions are the risk factors for stress in the postoperative patients with PCI.
