Influencing factors of rumination in patients with severe acute pancreatitis
Objective:To analyze influencing factors of rumination in patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods:The clinical data of 86 patients with severe acute pancreatitis admitted to the hospital from April 2019 to March 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. The scores of rumination[simplified Chinese version of the event related rumination inventory(C-ERRI)]in the patients with severe acute pancreatitis were statistically analyzed.Multivariate linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of rumination in the patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Results:The total score of rumination in the 86 patients with severe acute pancreatitis was(33.53±4.73),of which, the invasive score was(15.87±4.97)and the purpose score was(17.66±4.64).The patients with severe acute pancreatitis with negative coping style, education level of junior high school and below, and unharmonious family atmosphere had higher scores of invasiveness and lower scores of purpose, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The multiple linear regression analysis showed that negative coping style, junior high school education and below, and unharmonious family atmosphere were all influencing factors affecting rumination in the patients with severe acute pancreatitis(P<0.05).Conclusions:Negative coping style, education level of junior high school and below, and family atmosphere are the influencing factors affecting rumination in the patients with severe acute pancreatitis.
