目的:观察氨基葡萄糖胶囊联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)患者的效果.方法:选取 2020 年 3 月至2023 年 3 月该院收治的 80 例KOA患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组各 40 例,对照组给予玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-1β]水平、疼痛介质[P物质(SP)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、多巴胺(DA)]水平,以及不良反应发生率.结果:研究组治疗总有效率为95.00%(38/40),高于对照组的77.50%(31/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组SP、PGE2、5-HT、DA水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:氨基葡萄糖胶囊联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗KOA患者,可提高临床疗效,降低炎性因子和疼痛介质水平,效果优于单纯玻璃酸钠治疗.
Effects of Glucosamine capsules combined with intra-articular injection of Sodium hyaluronate in treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis
Objective:To observe effects of Glucosamine capsules combined with intra-articular injection of Sodium hyaluronate in treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 80 patients with KOA admitted to the hospital from March 2020 to March 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intra-articular injection of Sodium hyaluronate,while the study group was treated with Glucosamine capsules.The clinical efficacy,the levels of inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin(IL)-6,IL-1β]and pain mediators[substance P(SP),prostaglandin E2(PGE2),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),dopamine(DA)]before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than 77.50%(31/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-1β in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of SP,PGE2,5-HT and DA in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Glucosamine capsules combined with intra-articular injection of Sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of the KOA patients can improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and pain mediators.Moreover,it is superior to simple Sodium hyaluronate treatment.
