Predictive value of endometrial receptivity assessed by transvaginal three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound for IVF-ET pregnancy outcome in infertile patients
Objective:To analyze predictive value of endometrial receptivity(ER)assessed by transvaginal three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound(3D-TVUS)for pregnancy outcome of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET)in infertile patients. Methods:The clinical data of 90 infertility patients who received IVF-ET in this hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different pregnancy outcomes, they were divided into pregnancy group and non-pregnancy group. The ER parameters[endometrial thickness, endometrial volume, vascularization index(VI),blood flow index(FI),vascularization blood flow index(VFI)]assessed by transvaginal 3D-TVUS were compared between the two groups. The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to analyze the predictive value of ER parameters for IVF-ET pregnancy failure in the infertile patients. Results:There was no significant difference in the endometrial thickness between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of endometrial volume,VI,FI and VFI in the pregnancy group were higher than those in the non-pregnancy group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve of single and combined detection of endometrial volume,VI,FI,VFI in the prediction of IVF-ET pregnancy failure in the infertile patients was 0.779,0.872,0.759,0.768 and 0.949,respectively.The predictive value of combined detection was higher than that of single detection. Conclusions:The predictive value of combined detection of endometrial volume,VI,FI and VFI for IVF-ET pregnancy failure in the infertile patients is higher than that of single detection of the four.
