Comparison of effects of Ilaprazole sodium and Esomeprazole sodium in treatment of patients with peptic ulcer hemorrhage
Objective:To compare effects of Ilaprazole sodium and Esomeprazole sodium in treatment of patients with peptic ulcer hemorrhage. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 100 patients with peptic ulcer hemorrhage admitted to this hospital from June 2021 to June 2023.According to the random number table method, they were divided into study group and control group,50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Esomeprazole sodium for injection, while the study group was treated with Ilaprazole sodium for injection. The success rate of hemostasis, the rebleeding rate, the levels of coagulation function indexes[prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)]before and after the treatment, and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The success rate of hemostasis in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the rebleeding rate was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment, the PT and APTT in the two groups were shorter than those before the treatment, those in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Ilaprazole sodium in the treatment of the patients with peptic ulcer hemorrhage can improve the success rate of hemostasis, improve coagulation function indicators, and reduce the rebleeding rate, the incidence of adverse reactions. Moreover,it is superior to Esomeprazole Sodium treatment.
