Application effects of continuous nursing combined with swallowing function grading nursing in patients with dysphagia after acute cerebral infarction
Objective:To observe application effects of continuous nursing combined with swallowing function grading nursing in patients with dysphagia after acute cerebral infarction. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 306 patients with dysphagia after acute cerebral infarction admitted to this hospital from June 2021 to June 2022.According to the random number table method, they were divided into group A,group B and group C,102 cases in each group.Group A was treated with routine nursing, group B was treated with swallowing function grading nursing on the basis of that of group A,and group C was treated with continuous nursing on the basis of that of group B.The classification of water drinking test, the modified Barthel index(MBI)score, the stroke specific quality of life scale(SS-QOL)score and complication rate were compared among the three groups. Results:After the nursing, the classification of water drinking test in group C was better than that in group A and group B,that in group B was better than that in group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing, the MBI and SS-QOL scores of the three groups were higher than those before the nursing, those in group C were higher than those in group A and group B,those in group B were higher than those in group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of complications in group C was lower than that in group A and group B,that in group B was lower than that in group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing, the continuous nursing combined with the swallowing function grading nursing can improve the classification of water drinking test in the patients with dysphagia after acute cerebral infarction, improve their MBI and SS-QOL scores, and reduce the incidence of complications. Moreover,it is superior to simple routine nursing or routine nursing combined with swallowing function grading nursing.
