Application effects of problem-oriented model-guided cognitive behavioral nursing in patients with breast cancer undergoing enhanced magnetic resonance imaging
Objective:To observe application effects of problem-oriented model-guided cognitive behavioral nursing in patients with breast cancer undergoing enhanced magnetic resonance imaging. Methods:The clinical data of 87 patients with breast cancer undergoing enhanced magnetic resonance imaging admitted to this hospital from July 2020 to July 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods, they were divided into study group(n=43)and control group(n=44).The control group was given routine nursing, while the study group was given the problem-oriented model-guided cognitive behavioral nursing on the basis of that of the control group. The nursing satisfaction, the disease cognition score, the coping style[simplified coping style questionnaire(SCSQ)]score, and the comfort[Kolcaba's comfort questionnaire(GCQ)]score were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing. Results:The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 100.00%,which was higher than 84.09%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing, the cognitive scores of basic knowledge, precautions, mental health, and health behavior in the two groups were higher than those before the nursing, those in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing, the positive coping scores of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing, and that in the study group was higher than that in the control group;the negative coping scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing, and that in the study group was lower than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after the nursing, the GCQ scores of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing, that in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing, the problem-oriented model-guided cognitive behavioral nursing can improve the nursing satisfaction, the disease cognition scores, the comfort scores and the coping style scores of the patients with breast cancer undergoing enhanced magnetic resonance imaging. Moreover,it is superior to simple routine nursing.
