Application effects of enhanced recovery after surgery nursing in parturients with cesarean section
Objective:To observe application effects of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)nursing in parturients with cesarean section. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 98 parturients who underwent cesarean section in this hospital from December 2020 to December 2022.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group,49 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given the ERAS nursing. The levels of postoperative rehabilitation indexes(first anal exhaust time, ambulation time, defecation time, hospitalization time),the comfort[Kolcaba's comfort questionnaire(GCQ)]scores before and after the nursing, the incidence of complications, and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:The first anal exhaust time, the ambulation time, the defecation time and the hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing, the GCQ scores of physiology, psychology, environment, social culture in the two groups were higher than those before the nursing, those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.08%(2/49),which was lower than 16.33%(8/49)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.92%(47/49),which was higher than 81.63%(40/49)of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The ERAS nursing for the parturients with cesarean section can improve the comfort scores and the nursing satisfaction, and reduce the levels of postoperative rehabilitation indexes and the incidence of complications. Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
