Application effects of safety nursing in patients with cervical cancer surgery
Objective:To observe application effects of safety nursing in patients with cervical cancer surgery. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 60 patients with cervical cancer who underwent radical surgery in this hospital from January 2020 to March 2023.According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given the safety nursing on the basis of that of the control group. The scores of negative emotions[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)]before and after the nursing, the incidence of postoperative complications, and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:After the nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were lower than those before nursing, those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 6.67%(2/30),which was lower than 26.67%(8/30)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.33%(28/30),which was higher than 70.00%(21/30)of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing, the safety nursing can improve the nursing satisfaction of the patients with cervical cancer surgery, and reduce the negative emotion scores and the incidence of complications. Moreover,it is superior to simple routine nursing.
