Application effects of Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with routine rehabilitation training in patients with hemianesthesia after cerebral infarction
Objective:To observe application effects of Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with routine rehabilitation training in patients with hemianesthesia after cerebral infarction. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 92 patients with hemianesthesia after cerebral infarction admitted to this hospital from June 2021 to May 2023. According to the random number table method, they were divided into study group and control group,46 cases in each group. The control group was given routine rehabilitation training, while the study group was treated with self-made Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture on the basis of that of the control group. The scores of sensory disturbance assessment scale (FLA) and Fugl-Meyer motor assessment scale (FMA),and the levels of cerebral hemodynamic indexes[systolic peak blood velocity of cerebral vertebral artery, basilar artery, posterior artery]and serum central nervous specific protein (S100β ) were compared between the two groups. Results:After the treatment, the FLA scores, the FMA scores, and the levels of cerebral hemodynamic indexes such as systolic peak blood velocity of cerebral vertebral artery, basilar artery, and posterior artery in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment, those in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After the treatment, the levels of serum S100β in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment, that in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions:Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with routine rehabilitation training can improve the FLA scores, the FMA scores and the cerebral hemodynamic index levels, and reduce the serum S100β levels in the patients with hemianesthesia after cerebral infarction. Moreover,it is superior to simple routine rehabilitation training.
