Effects of Shaofu Zhuyu decoction combined with Leuprorelin in treatment of postoperative patients with adenomyosis
Objective:To observe effects of Shaofu Zhuyu decoction combined with Leuprorelin in treatment of postoperative patients with adenomyosis. Methods:The clinical data of 61 patients with adenomyosis who underwent surgery in this hospital from 2021 to 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into study group (n=30) and control group (n=31). The control group was treated with Leuprorelin, while the study group was treated with Shaofu Zhuyu decoction on the basis of that of the control group. The clinical efficacy, the degree of dysmenorrhea[COX menstrual symptom scale (CMSS)]score and the disease-related indicators[carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125),follicle stimulating hormone (FSH),estradiol (E2)]levels before and after the treatment, and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 90.00%,which was higher than 67.74% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The CMSS scores such as severity and duration of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment, that in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of CA125,FSH and E2 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, those in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Further, the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions:Shaofu Zhuyu decoction combined with Leuprorelin in the treatment of the postoperative patients with adenomyosis can improve the total effective rate of treatment and reduce the scores of dysmenorrhea degree, the levels of disease-related indicators and the incidence of adverse reactions. Moreover,it is superior to simple Leuprorelin treatment.
