Analysis of correlations among serum Adropin,TLR4,GMP-140 levels and severity of coronary artery disease in patients with unstable angina pectoris
Objective:To analyze correlations between among serum Adropin,Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4),platelet granule membrane protein 140 (GMP-140) levels and severity of coronary artery disease in patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods:The clinical data of 107 patients with unstable angina pectoris admitted to this hospital from 2021 to 2023 were retrospectively analyzed and they were set as the study group;another 107 healthy subjects were selected as the control group. The serum levels of Adropin,TLR4 and GMP-140 were compared between the two groups and among the unstable angina pectoris patients with different severities of coronary artery disease and numbers of diseased vessels. Spearman correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlations among the Adropin,TLR4,GMP-140 levels and the severity of coronary artery disease. Results:The serum Adropin level of the study group was lower than that of the control group, the levels of TLR4 and GMP-140 were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The serum Adropin level in the patients with severe disease was lower than that in the patients with mild to moderate disease, the levels of TLR4 and GMP-140 were higher than those in the patients with mild to moderate disease, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The comparison of the serum Adropin levels in the patients with numbers of diseased vessels showed that:the patients with three-vessel disease<the patients with double-vessel disease<the patients with single-vessel disease;the comparison of TLR4 and GMP-140 levels in the patients with numbers of diseased vessels showed that:the patients with three-vessel disease>the patients with double-vessel disease>the patients with single-vessel disease;and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Spearman correlation analysis showed that serum Adropin level was negatively correlated with the severity of coronary artery disease and the number of diseased vessels (r<0,P<0.05);and the serum TLR4 and GMP-140 levels were positively correlated with the severity of coronary artery disease and the number of diseased vessels (r>0,P<0.05). Conclusions:The serum Adropin,TLR4 and GMP-140 levels are correlated with the severity of coronary artery disease in the patients with unstable angina pectoris.
