Application effects of rehabilitation nursing based on 5E theory in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage undergoing surgery
Objective:To observe application effects of rehabilitation nursing based on 5E theory in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage undergoing surgery. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 78 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage undergoing surgery admitted to the hospital from February 2021 to February 2023. They were divided into observation group and control group by using the random number table method,39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation nursing, while the observation group was treated with rehabilitation nursing based on 5E theory on the basis of that of the control group. The nursing compliance score, the blood pressure levels, and the self-care ability[exercise of self-care agency scale (ESCA)]score before and after the nursing were compared between the two groups. Results:At 1 week,2 weeks and 1 month after the nursing, the nursing compliance scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After the nursing, the levels of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the two groups were lower than those before the nursing, those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Further, after the nursing, the ESCA scores of self-care skills,self-responsibility,self-concept and health knowledge level in the two groups were higher than those before the nursing, those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions:On the basis of the routine rehabilitation nursing, the rehabilitation nursing based on 5E theory can improve the nursing compliance and self-care ability scores of the patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage undergoing surgery, and reduce the levels of blood pressure. Moreover,it is superior to simple routine rehabilitation nursing.
