Application effects of reversible factor abduction nursing in patients undergoing laparoscopic gynecological surgery
Objective:To observe application effects of reversible factor abduction nursing in patients undergoing laparoscopic gynecological surgery. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 82 patients undergoing laparoscopic gynecological surgery in this hospital from April 2022 to April 2023. According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group and control group,41 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received the reversible factor abduction nursing on the basis of that of the control group. The first postoperative anal exhaust time, the bowel sound recovery time, the first postoperative ambulation time, the visual analogue scale (VAS) score, the Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) score, the Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) score, and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results:The first anal exhaust time, the bowel sound recovery time and the first postoperative ambulation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After the nursing, the scores of VAS,HAMA and HAMD in the two groups were lower than those before the nursing, those in the observation group were lower than the those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing, the reversible factor abduction nursing can shorten the first anal exhaust time, the bowel sound recovery time and the postoperative ambulation time after laparoscopic gynecological surgeries, and reduce the VAS,HAMD and HAMA scores. Moreover,it is superior to simple routine nursing.
