Comparison of value of dynamic electrocardiogram examination and routine electrocardiogram examination in diagnosis of coronary heart disease
Objective:To compare value of dynamic electrocardiogram examination and routine electrocardiogram examination in diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Methods:The clinical data of 60 patients with suspected coronary heart disease who were treated in this hospital from June 2021 to May 2024 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent dynamic electrocardiogram examination, routine electrocardiogram examination and coronary angiography. Using the coronary angiography as the gold standard, the efficiencies (accuracy, sensitivity and specificity) of dynamic electrocardiogram examination and routine electrocardiogram examination in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease were compared. Kappa consistency test was used to compare the consistencies of the results of dynamic electrocardiogram examination and routine electrocardiogram examination in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease with the results of coronary angiography. Results:The coronary angiography showed that 60 patients with suspected coronary heart disease were diagnosed as coronary heart disease in 44 cases and non-coronary heart disease in 16 cases. The accuracy of dynamic electrocardiogram examination in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease was 93.33%,which was higher than 78.33% of routine electrocardiogram examination, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The sensitivity of dynamic electrocardiogram examination in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease was 95.45%,which was higher than that of routine electrocardiogram examination (81.82%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Kappa consistency test results showed that the consistency of dynamic electrocardiogram examination and coronary angiography in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease (Kappa value=0.830,P<0.05) was higher than that of conventional electrocardiogram examination and coronary angiography (Kappa value=0.477,P<0.05). Conclusions:The accuracy and the sensitivity of dynamic electrocardiogram examination in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease and the consistency with the results of coronary angiography are higher than those of routine electrocardiogram examination.
