Efficiency of combined detection of PDW,MPV and FIB levels in diagnosis of adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with early onset severe preeclampsia
Objective:To analyze efficiency of combined detection of platelet distribution width (PDW),mean platelet volume (MPV) and fibrinogen (FIB) in diagnosis of adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with early onset severe preeclampsia. Methods:A total of 80 patients with early onset severe preeclampsia admitted to this hospital from November 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study group. In addition,30 pregnant women with normal pregnancy during the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of PDW,MPV and FIB in patients with early onset severe preeclampsia with different pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups and the patients with early onset severe preeclampsia with different pregnancy outcomes. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was drawn to analyze the efficienciy of single and combined detection of PDW,MPV and FIB levels in the diagnosis of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the patients with early onset severe preeclampsia. Results:The levels of PDW,MPV and FIB in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of PDW,MPV and FIB in the patients with adverse pregnancy outcomes were higher than those in the patients with good pregnancy outcomes, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve of single and combined detection of PDW,MPV and FIB levels in the diagnosis of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the patients with early onset severe preeclampsia was 0.745,0.761,0.854 and 0.871,separately,and the diagnostic efficiency of combined detection was higher than that of single detection. Conclusions:The efficiency of combined detection of PDW,MPV and FIB levels in the diagnosis of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the patients with early onset severe preeclampsia is higher than that of single detection of the three.
