Application effects of trinity nursing based on action research method in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis undergoing fiberoptic bronchoscopy interventional therapy
Objective:To observe application effects of trinity nursing based on action research method in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis undergoing fiberoptic bronchoscopy interventional therapy. Methods:The clinical data of 95 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis who underwent fiberoptic bronchoscopy interventional therapy in the hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. According to different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group (48 cases) and control group (47 cases). The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given trinity nursing based on action research method on the basis of that of the control group. The scores of negative emotions[self-rating anxiety scale (SAS),self-rating depression scale (SDS)],coping style[trait coping style questionnaire (TCSQ)],self-efficacy[general self-efficacy scale (GSES)]and quality of life[health survey short form (SF-36)]before and after the nursing,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results:After the nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After the nursing,the positive coping scores of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;the negative coping scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After the nursing,the scores of GSES and SF-36 in the two groups were higher than those before the nursing,those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Further,the incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.25％ (3/48),which was lower than 21.28％ (10/47) in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions:The trinity nursing based on action research method in the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis undergoing fiberoptic bronchoscopy interventional therapy can alleviate the negative emotions,improve the coping styles,improve the self-efficacy and the quality of life,and reduce the incidence of complications. Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
