Application effects of childlike induction nursing in preschool children with acute bronchitis
Objective:To observe application effects of childlike induction nursing in preschool children with acute bronchitis. Methods:The clinical data of 90 preschool children with acute bronchitis admitted to this hospital from 2021 to 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. According to different nursing methods, they were divided into study group and control group,45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the study group was given the childlike induction nursing on the basis of that of the control group. Both groups were treated for 1 week. The disappearance time of symptoms (cough, fever, pulmonary rales),the negative emotions before and after the nursing[Spence Children's anxiety scale (SCAS)]score, the compliance score, and the parental satisfaction score were compared between the two groups Results:The disappearance time of symptoms such as cough, fever and pulmonary rales in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After the nursing, the SCAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing, that in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The compliance score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Further, the parental satisfaction scores of nursing environment, nursing content, nursing responsibility and service attitude in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions:The childlike induction nursing in the preschool children with acute bronchitis can shorten the symptom disappearance time, reduce the negative emotion scores, and improve the compliance scores and parental satisfaction scores. Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
