Application effects of partner participatory nursing in primiparas
Objective:To observe application effect of partner participatory nursing in primiparas. Methods:The clinical data of 108 pregnant women who gave birth in this hospital from November 2022 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. According to different nursing schemes, they were divided into control group and observation group,54 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given the partner participatory nursing on the basis of that of the control group. The scores of negative emotions[self-rating anxiety scale (SAS),self-rating depression scale (SDS)]before and after the nursing, breastfeeding self-efficacy[Chinese version of breastfeeding self-efficacy scale (BSES)]and social support[social support rating scale (SSRS)],and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:Before discharge, the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were lower than those on the moment of admission, those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Before discharge, the scores of BSES and SSRS in the two groups were higher than those on the moment of admission, those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Further, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions:The partner participatory nursing on the basis of the routine nursing can improve the BSES scores,SSRS scores and nursing satisfaction of the primiparas, and reduce the negative emotions. Moreover,it is superior to simple routine nursing.
