Effect of Chaihu Shugan Powder supplemented with Rabeprazole on TCM syndrome score and gastrointestinal function in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Chaihu Shugan Powder supplemented with Rabeprazole in the treatment of Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Methods:A total of 80 CAG patients admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to May 2022 were selected and divided into study group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)according to random number table method. The control group was treated with rabeprazole, and the study group was treated with Buplehu Shugan powder supplemented with rabeprazole. After 2 months of treatment, the efficacy,TCM syndrome score, gastric mucosal pathological change score, gastrointestinal function index[pepsinogen Ⅰ(PG-ⅰ),epidermal growth factor(EGF),gastrin(GAS),pepsinogen Ⅱ(PG-ⅱ)]and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:After 2 months of treatment, the total effective rate of the study group(95.00%,38/40)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%,32/40)(P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment, the improvement of TCM syndrome scores in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment, the score of gastric mucosal pathological changes in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment, the GAS level of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the EGF,PG-ⅰ and PG-ⅱ levels were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the study group(12.50%,5/40)and the control group(7.50%,3/40)during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Chaihu Shugan Powder supplemented with Rabeprazole in the treatment of CAG can further improve the curative effect, improve the TCM syndrome score of patients, promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, and facilitate the outcome of the disease.
