摘要
目的:对现代生物技术在蒙药发展中的适宜性和可操作性进行探讨,为蒙药的创新发展提供新的思路和方法.方法:查阅国内外文献,对中药学研究领域获得成功的较经典、前沿现代生物技术进行系统分析.结果:蒙药虽与中药有所不同,但在中药学发展中适用的分子生物学技术同样适用于蒙药材的药用植株培养、分类鉴定、质量控制、品种鉴定、品质改良、毒副作用研究、剂型改革、加工贮存等领域.结论:现代生物学技术在蒙药创新发展中具有广阔的应用前景.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the suitability and operability of modern biotechnology in the development of Mongolian medicine and provide new ideas and methods for the innovative development of Mongolian medicine.Methods:The most classical and cutting-edge modern biotechnology that has been successful in the field of traditional Chinese medicine research was systematically analyzed by consulting domestic and foreign literatures.Results:Although Mongolian medicine is different from traditional Chinese medicine,the molecular biological technology applied in the development of traditional Chinese medicine is also applicable to the cultivation of medicinal plants,classification and identification,quality control,variety identification,quality improvement,toxicity and side effects research,dosage form reform,processing and storage of Mongolian medicine.Conclusion:Modem biological technology has broad application prospects in the innovation and development of Mongolian medicine.
