Objective:To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of phlegm-dampness internal obstruction hypertension vertigo.Methods:A total of 100 patients with phlegm-dampness internal resistance hypertension vertigo treated in Xinxiang Alliance Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected,and 3 cases fell off.The patients were grouped by random number table method.Conventional treatment group 48 cases,conventional western medicine treatment;49 cases in the Chinese medicine treatment group were treated with the prescription of clearing heat and dispelling dampness,strengthening spleen and stomach.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,blood pressure and vertigo degree before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The efficacy of the TCM treatment group(93.88％,46/49)was significantly better than that of the conventional treatment group(77.08％,37/48).After treatment,TCM syndrome score,blood pressure and vertigo degree of the two groups were better than before treatment,and the TCM treatment group was better than the conventional treatment group.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating vertigo of hypertension with phlegm-dampness and internal resistance.
