The Development Status of Multidisciplinary Collaboration in Hospice Care
Hospice Care is a crucial part of health work in our country,and the vigorous development of Hospice Care is a significant measure to benefit the people and improve their physical and mental health.With the increase of population aging and cancer incidence in our country,the demand for Hospice Care is also on the rise year by year.The implementation of Hospice Care in a multidisciplinary collaboration model can reduce patients'pain,improve patients'quality of life,and provide standardized,reasonable,and high-quality treatment for end-stage patients with positive significance.This paper intends to review the development history,application status,personnel composition,and training system of multi-disciplinary collaborative Hospice Care model to provide a novel idea for improving the quality of life of terminally ill patients in our country.
