Parkinson's disease(PD)is a kind of movement disorder that occurs in middle-aged and elderly people.Depression is a common non-movement symptom of PD,which can run through the whole course of PD.At present,the main treatment for Parkinson's disease depression is to use western medicine to improve symptoms,long-term use of many drawbacks,and the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine to treat Parkinson's disease depression effect gradually prominent.In traditional Chinese medicine,Parkinson's disease depression is a combination of fibrillation and depression.In the past,the treatment of Parkinson's disease depression was mostly based on liver and kidney,while the importance of the spleen and stomach in the pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease depression was ignored.This paper expounds the theoretical basis of the treatment of Parkinson's disease depression from the"brain-gut axis"theory,aiming to provide reference for the clinical treatment of Parkinson's disease depression from the spleen and stomach.
