Objective:To carry out systematic bibliometric and visual analysis based on traditional Chinese medicine treatment of non-puerperal mastitis(NPM),explore the research status,research hotspot and development trend in the research field,and provide reference for the researchers of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of NPM.Methods:All literatures related to the treatment of NPM by traditional Chinese medicine from 2003 to 2023 were retrieved.Based on bibliometric analysis and Cite Space visualization software,the research status and trend of NPM in China were presented in the form of co-occurrence atlas of relevant authors,research institutions and keywords,and then analyzed.Results:The number of literatures related to NPM showed an increasing trend.There were 41 core authors in total,and the scholar with the largest number of literatures was Zhang Dongxiao.The main publishing institutions were Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,Shandong University of Chinese Medicine and Hunan University of Chinese Medicine.The cooperation between institutions was mainly Chinese University and its affiliated institutions.The key words form 11 cluster labels,and the research hotspots mainly focus on TCM treatment,clinical observation,clinical efficacy,and data mining.Conclusion:The Atlas presents the trend of NPM research in the future in an intuitive way,mainly in the aspects of TCM treatment,clinical observation,clinical efficacy,data mining and so on.
