摘要
目的:对八味沉香散进行传统应用、药理作用及临床经验等方面的分析,为本方在慢性高原疾病中的治疗作用研究提供参考.方法:利用文献考证法对方剂传统应用、同源方名考证、药理作用及临床经验分析进行综述.结果:八味沉香散作为经典方剂,现代剂型由沉香、肉豆蔻、广枣、石灰华、乳香、木香、诃子和木棉花等八味药组成.药理作用分析显示,其对抗缺血、抗缺氧、改善大脑记忆力疗效较好,临床多用于哮喘、高血压及产后抑郁症等疾病,对慢性高原病也有一定的治疗效果,但尚需要临床验证和实验研究.结论:八味沉香散对心脑血管疾病、慢性高原疾病等出现缺血、缺氧的情况疗效显著,具有较高的研究价值.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the Traditional applications,Pharmacological effect and Clinical experience of Ba Wei Chen Xiang capsule,so as to provide reference for the treatment of Chronic high altitude sickness.Methods:The traditional application,cognate name,pharmacological effect and clinical experience of the prescription were reviewed by literature research.Results:Ba Wei Chen Xiang capsule as a classic prescription,was composed of eight kinds of medicine,including resinous wood of Aquilaria sinensis,kernel of Myristica fragrans,fruit of Choerospondias axillaris,travertine,resin of Boswellia carterii or B.bhaw-dajiana,stem of Aucklandia lappa,fruit of Terminalia chebula,and flower of Gossampinus malabarica.Pharmacological effect analysis shows that it has a good effect on combating ischemia,anti-hypoxia,improving brain memory,etc.It is mostly used in clinical diseases such as asthma,hypertension and postpartum depression,and has a certain therapeutic effect on Chronic high altitude sickness,but clinical verification and experimental research are still needed.Conclusion:Ba Wei Chen Xiang capsule has significant effect on ischemia and hypoxia in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,chronic altitude diseases,etc.,and has high research value.
