Clinical Observation and Nursing of Zhuang Medicine Tendons Acupuncture combined with Zhuang Medicine Plaster in the Treatment of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Zhuang Medicine tendons acupuncture combined with Zhuang Medicine plaster after reasonable nursing in the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome.Methods:A total of 100 patients with carpal tunnel syndrome treated in Mingxiu Branch of Guangxi International Zhuang Medicine Hospital from July 2020 to June 2022 were divided into 50 cases in the control group and 50 cases in the treatment group.Zhuang Medicine plaster therapy was applied for the treatment group,but Zhuang Medicine tendons acupuncture therapy was applied for the control group additionally.The two groups were given the same nursing measures.The VAS score,GSS score,BCTQ score and curative effect of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:The VAS score,GSS score and BCTQ score of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the VAS score,GSS score and BCTQ score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.01).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96％(48/50),which was higher than that of the control group by 80％(40/50),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of Zhuang Medicine tendon acupuncture combined with Zhuang Medicine plaster in the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome has ideal efficacy,simple operation and high safety.
