Objective:To describe the clinical application of wulan-3 decoction,base source research,chemical composition,quality control and pharmacological effects of Wulan-3 decoction,so as to provide a reference for further development and utilization.Methods:By collecting,sorting out the current situation of clinical application,the formula,chemical composition,quality control,pharmacological effect and clinical application were summarized.Results:ulam-3 soup is traditional Mongolian medicine prescription,from the Mongolian classic works of Ming medicine,has been contained in the encyclopedia of China medicine(first edition of 1992),the drug standard of the ministry of health of the People's Republic of China(1998),the Inner Mongolia Mongolian medicine standard(1988 supplement),the traditional Mongolian medicine and prescription(the first edition of 2013).It has the effect of clearing lung heat and kidney heat,and treats blood fever.It is used for lung and kidney injury heat,bladder heat,kidney hidden volt fever,lung heat cough,bloody sputum,bladder tingling,frequent urination and painful urination.Conclusion:The clinical application of traditional Mongolian medicine Wulan-3 decoction provides a reference for further research and development.
