连朴饮加减结合针刺治疗反流性食管炎的疗效及对胃肠激素影响

摘要
目的:探究连朴饮加减结合针刺治疗反流性食管炎(RE)的疗效及对胃肠激素影响.方法:选取我院消化内科自2021年1月-2023年7月收治的108例RE患者作为研究对象,以数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,54例/组.对照组采用枸橼酸莫沙必利胶囊联合雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上采用连朴饮加减联合针刺治疗,持续治疗8周后,对比两组患者临床疗效、炎症因子水平及胃肠道激素水平.结果:研究组总有效率(92.59％,50/54)高于对照组(70.37％,38/54),(P＜0.05);治疗前两组白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平差异不具有统计学意义(P＞0.05);治疗后两组IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平均有所降低,且与对照组相比,研究组水平更低(P＜0.05);治疗前两组血管活性肠肽(VIP)、胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)水平差异不具有统计学意义(P＞0.05),治疗后两组VIP水平降低,MTL、GAS水平升高,与对照组相比,研究组VIP水平更低,MTL、GAS水平更高(P＜0.05);对照组出现腹痛2例(3.70％),皮疹2例(3.70％),头晕1例(1.85％),不良反应总发生率9.25％;研究组仅出现头晕1例(1.85％),不良反应总发生率1.85％(P＞0.05).结论:连朴饮加减结合针刺治疗可有效改善反流性食管炎临床症状,降低炎症因子水平,调理胃肠道激素水平,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective:Exploring the therapeutic effect of modified Lianpu Yin combined with acupuncture on reflux esophagitis(RE)and its impact on gastrointestinal hormones.Methods:108 RE patients admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology of our hospital from January 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and a study group using a digital table method,with 54 cases per group.The control group was treated with Mosapride citrate capsules combined with rabeprazole sodium enteric coated tablets,while the study group was treated with Lianpu Drink plus acupuncture on the basis of the control group.After 8 weeks of continuous treatment,the clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels,and gastrointestinal hormone levels of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:The total response rate of the study group was 92.59％(50/54)higher than that of the control group by 70.37％(38/54)(P＜0.05);The differences in the two groups of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels were not statistically significant(P＞0.05),IL-6,IL-8,and TNF-α levels decreased in both groups,And when compared with the controls,The study group level was even lower(P＜0.05);The difference in the two groups of vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP),motilin(MTL),gastrin(GAS)levels were not statistically significant(P＞0.05),VIP levels in both groups after treatment,MTL,GAS levels,Compared with the control group,The VIP levels were even lower in the study group,Higher MTL and GAS levels(P＜0.05);Control group had abdominal pain 2(3.70％),Rash 2(3.70％),1(1.85％)of dizziness,The total incidence of adverse reactions was 9.25％;Only 1(1.85％)of dizziness in the study group,The overall incidence of adverse reactions was 1.85％(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The combination of modified Lianpu Drink and acupuncture treatment can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of reflux esophagitis,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,regulate the levels of gastrointestinal hormones,and has high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
