Objective:Exploring the therapeutic effect of modified Lianpu Yin combined with acupuncture on reflux esophagitis(RE)and its impact on gastrointestinal hormones.Methods:108 RE patients admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology of our hospital from January 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into a control group and a study group using a digital table method, with 54 cases per group. The control group was treated with Mosapride citrate capsules combined with rabeprazole sodium enteric coated tablets, while the study group was treated with Lianpu Drink plus acupuncture on the basis of the control group. After 8 weeks of continuous treatment, the clinical efficacy, inflammatory factor levels, and gastrointestinal hormone levels of the two groups of patients were compared. Results:The total response rate of the study group was 92.59%(50/54)higher than that of the control group by 70.37%(38/54)(P<0.05);The differences in the two groups of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels were not statistically significant(P>0.05),IL-6,IL-8,and TNF-α levels decreased in both groups,And when compared with the controls,The study group level was even lower(P<0.05);The difference in the two groups of vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP),motilin(MTL),gastrin(GAS)levels were not statistically significant(P>0.05),VIP levels in both groups after treatment,MTL,GAS levels,Compared with the control group,The VIP levels were even lower in the study group,Higher MTL and GAS levels(P<0.05);Control group had abdominal pain 2(3.70%),Rash 2(3.70%),1(1.85%)of dizziness,The total incidence of adverse reactions was 9.25%;Only 1(1.85%)of dizziness in the study group,The overall incidence of adverse reactions was 1.85%(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of modified Lianpu Drink and acupuncture treatment can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of reflux esophagitis, reduce the levels of inflammatory factors, regulate the levels of gastrointestinal hormones, and has high safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
