Long term curative effect of lumbar disc herniation with Meridian-skin theory combined with spinal nerve localization diagnosis technique
Objective To observe the long term curative effect of Meridian-skin theory combined with spinal nerve localization diagnosis technique in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods In this study,90 volunteer subjects of lumbar disc herniation from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects, and a randomized controlled trial was used to give Meridian-skin acupuncture treatment(group 1),spinal nerve localization diagnosis technology combined with acupuncture treatment(group 2),and spinal nerve localization diagnosis technology combined with Meridian-skin acupuncture treatment(group 3).VAS score and JOA score indexes were observed before and after treatment,3 months and 6 months after treatment, and thelong term therapeutic effect was evaluated. Results 3 and 6 months after treatment,VAS score and JOA score of the three groups were statistically significant compared with those before treatment, suggesting that treatment of the three groups was effective in improving pain and symptoms, and the group3 was higher than that of group B and group A.(2)6 months after treatment, the long-term curative effect was calculated, and the total effective rate of the three groups was 20%,24%and 27%,indicating that the Meridian-skin theory combined with spinal nerve localization diagnosis technique had more prominent long-term curative effect. Conclusion The Meridian-skin theory combined with spinal nerve localization diagnosis technology has a positive long-term effect in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
