摘要
产后缺乳是产后常见疾病.产后缺乳又称"乳汁不足",是指哺乳期内,产妇乳汁甚少或全无.近年来,随着生活环境和工作等的压力增加,越来越多的产妇出现产后缺乳,这不仅对产妇自身的生理、心理造成影响,还影响婴儿的生长发育.我国是多民族国家,中医中药、壮、瑶医药治疗产后缺乳具有悠久的历史与良好的效果,在民间,其药方也广为流传并使用.随着民族医药的发展与完善,人们也越来越重视民族医药的治疗与应用.笔者通过查阅大量文献,对壮、瑶医药治疗产后缺乳的研究进行综述,以为后续壮医、瑶医治疗产后缺乳提供理论基础.
Abstract
Postpartum hypogalactia is a common postpartum disease.Postpartum hypogalactia,also known as"Lack of milk"it refers to the situation where the mother has very little or no milk during lactation.In recent years,with the increasing pressure of living environment and work,more and more postpartum women have experienced Postpartum hypogalactia,which not only affects the physiological and psychological aspects of the mother,but also affects the growth and development of the baby.China is a multi-ethnic country,and traditional Chinese medicine,Zhuang and Yao medicine have a long history and good effects in treating Postpartum hypogalactia.Their prescriptions are also widely circulated and used among the people.With the development and improvement of ethnic medicine,people are increasingly valuing the treatment and application of ethnic medicine.The author reviewed the research on the treatment of Postpartum hypogalactia by Zhuang and Yao medicine through extensive literature review,providing a theoretical basis for the subsequent treatment of Postpartum hypogalactia by Zhuang and Yao medicine.
