Objective:Exploring the semen routine parameters of infertile patients with low acrosomal enzyme activity treated with Yao medicine Daoshuilian Nuanfeng Decoction based on the"Ying Kui equilibrium"theory of Yao medicine The effects of ROS,MMP,and acrosin.Methods:156 patients with low acrosomal enzyme activity of sperm were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was given Yao medicine Daoshuilian Nuanfeng Decoction orally,and the control group was given L-carnitine oral solution orally for 3 months.The changes of semen routine parameters,ROS,MMP and acrosomal enzyme before and after treatment were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 89.74％in the treatment group and 60.26％in the control group.The curative effect of the treatment group was superior to the control group(P＜0.05);After treatment,semen volume,sperm concentration,PR,PR+NP and NMS in both groups were significantly increased compared with before treatment(P＜0.05),and the improvement in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,ROS in both groups decreased significantly(P＜0.05),and the decrease degree in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group(P＜0.05).MMP and acrosomal enzyme activities were significantly increased compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the improvement degree in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Yao medicine Daoshuilian Nuanfeng Decoction can significantly improve semen volume,sperm concentration,forward moving sperm,total motility and normal morphological sperm,improve sperm acrosin activity,and ROS level is significantly decreased,MMP level is significantly increased.It is speculated that the mechanism of improving sperm quality and improving acrosin activity is closely related to ROS and MMP in sperm.
